As a Corporate Sales Manager, you’ll develop new business for the hotel while maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your role includes overseeing accounts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction in line with hotel and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with current clients
  • Ensure client needs and market commitments are fulfilled
  • Manage accounts, activities, and details using appropriate software
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful contract execution
  • Visit and engage with potential, existing, and former clients, especially within commercial sectors
  • Establish pricing parameters, negotiate, and close deals
  • Supervise and guide subordinates to ensure efficient task completion

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the hotel or travel industry
  • Proficiency in business case preparation, online sales tools, GDS, and RFPs is advantageous
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
  • Effective verbal and written communication in English
