The company was founded in 2022 by Kabisa Ferdinand an Ex-banker and a graduate of BSc. Economics from Masinde Muliro University Of Science and Technology together with a team of experienced professionals who had previously worked in the domestic staffing industry.

The founders of A+ Recruiting Agency recognized the challenges faced by jobless girls and ladies in Kenya, particularly those who lacked formal education and job skills. They saw an opportunity to provide training and job placement services to these women, thereby empowering them to become self-reliant and earn a decent living.

Since our company's inception, the company has trained and placed hundreds of women in various households across Kenya. The training program is designed to equip the women with the necessary skills to provide high-quality domestic services, including cooking, cleaning, laundry, childcare, and elderly care.
