Terms and Conditions

Introduction: Hire Best Kenyan Maids is a company that provides house help services in Kenya. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the company and the clients who use its services as well as the maids who are employed by the company.

Services: Hire Best Kenyan Maids provides house help services to clients who require domestic help. The company matches clients with suitable maids based on the clients' needs and the maids' qualifications. Hire Best Kenyan Maids also provides training and supervision to its maids to ensure that they meet the clients' expectations.

Fees: Clients are required to pay a  matching fee/placement fees of Kes 2,000 for house managers, Kes 1500 Babysitters/Nannies and Kes 1,500 for daily househelps service/day burg to Hire Best Kenyan Maids respectively before they are matched with the house manager/nanny/househelps. This is a mandatory payment that is paid through Lipa na M-PESA, Pay Bill No: 247247 and Account No: 0718867776.   The placement fee covers the cost of matching the client with househelps and any other administrative costs. The fee is non-refundable. 

Fee for Monthly Check-Ups and Emergency Purposes : The house help  will be required to pay a fee of Kes 500 every month for a period of 3 months, which will facilitate monthly check-ups and emergency purposes for the entire year of placement. The fee is non-refundable and must be paid in full before the start of the second month of placement.

Payment:  Clients are required to pay the maid's salary directly to the maid. The company does not handle any payments between clients and maids unless otherwise.

Responsibilities of the client: Clients are responsible for providing a safe and secure working environment for the maid. Clients must also provide the maid with suitable accommodation, food, and other basic necessities. The client must also provide clear instructions to the maid on the duties and responsibilities assigned.

Responsibilities of the maid: Maids are required to carry out their duties diligently and professionally. Maids must also maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the client's home. Maids are expected to respect the client's privacy and property.

Termination of services: Either party may terminate the services by providing a one-month notice. In case of any breach of the terms and conditions, either party may terminate the services with immediate effect.

Liability: Hire Best Kenyan Maids shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the services provided by the maids. The company shall also not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the client's actions or negligence.

Confidentiality: Both parties shall maintain confidentiality regarding any information exchanged between them. The company shall also maintain confidentiality regarding the maids' personal information.

Governing law and jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in Kenya.
